Research Summary

I started my journey in the resting state fMRI field at Dr. Nanyin Zhang’s lab, and broadened my knowledge to multimodal imaging techniques including optogenetics, calcium and electrophysiology. After PhD, I was trained with fMRI sequence design and image reconstruction in Dr. Shih’s lab, and preprocessing pipeline of layer-fMRI and DTI in Dr. Chang’s lab at UNC Chapel Hill. Now I am working in Dr. Fan’s lab to advance human fMRI analysis via deep learning methods for clinic applications.
