I am interested in scientific computing, computer vision, neuroscience and biological simulation. I aim to apply machine learning and software engineering principles to these areas to create novel solutions and research tools that ultimately make science easier.

Current projects include deployment of high-throughput neuroimaging processing pipelines to cloud platforms In the past, I have worked on medical image deep learning frameworks and on a toolkit for medical image analysis.
